Cynics said that Bihar cannot change... But this one man proved them wrong. Today, women step out confidently to work. We have some of the best roads - so good that you can buy and drive luxury cars on them, safely, even at night. Without the fear of being kidnapped.

I recollect, during one of his pre poll yatra, he made a bold promise: "If your homes don’t get electricity, don’t vote for me." Even someone as optimistic as me found it hard to believe it was possible... We were a power deficit state. Union govt wasn’t providing even our rightful quota of electricity... Every village and every home in Bihar has electricity now. Power availability is even better than the most developed states.

The days of criminals & Bahubalis ruling the streets and the Secretariat are gone... Law and order restored.

My respect for him grew immensely when he declined that widely publicised (and rather tasteless) flood relief 'donation'.

Yes, he may have stumbled at times in his long political journey... But let’s not be rude to him.

Yes... it’s time for Bihar to raise its aspirations and enter a new phase... But we shouldn’t be ungrateful to the man who single-handedly brought Bihar out of a state of despair.

Hi Anand ji, Can you clarify whether the animals in Vantara are bought or rescued? From what I know, all the animals in that zoo were purchased by Anand, some from poachers and traders.

Animals do not require human care unless they have been affected by poaching or habitat destruction, such as wildfires. Typically, rehabilitation centers rescue animals, provide medical treatment for a while, and then release them back into the wild. Does Vantara follow this approach, or are the animals kept in captivity for life?

I’m particularly curious about how they acquired an orangutan, as I am closely involved in its conservation. Indonesian law strictly prohibits the trade of orangutans to other countries. Was it purchased from traders or poachers? Because Vantara has no legal authority to rescue orangutans from Indonesia.

I genuinely want to understand the motive behind this so-called rehabilitation and rescue center.

For the uninitiated, Harendra Singh's coaching journey with Indian hockey started in 1997, and over the years, he has guided India to an impressive tally of 12 gold medals, including Women’s Asian Champions Trophy (Rajgir 2024), 2016 Men's Junior World Cup, 2017 Women's Asia Cup and the 2018 Men's Asian Champions Trophy.
