Our takes seem pretty much in agreement. I think it is premature to identify it as a balloon though. Also automatic gain control in the scene doesn't imply its locked, its balancing across targets/background in the full scene or a sub region unlocked. Until we get HUD, date/time/location or more info saying whats hot and whats cold for certain is undetermined. Since this is not a real temperature in scene the differential magnitude isnt known either.

Quick look at the windmill video suggests the object is not weaving in and out of the windmills but target automatic gain control is changing the bloom magnitude depending upon the local background. Probably closer to the camera so parallax contribution is stronger than appears.

@chrisramsay52 Notice how all the supposed 90 degree turns stop after the camera gets a lock on... Then the background gets clearer cause the camera isnt moving every which way blurring the background and making it look like the object is turning when it isnt.
