Using #GSSdata, NORC researchers in the #NORCSparkathon analyzed income differences between parents working nonstandard hours (nights, weekends, irregular hours) and parents working standard hours. @_rhberger

This secondary data analysis I conducted with #GSSdata surfaced striking income disparities between White and Hispanic/Black parents. White parents working non-standard schedules make more $$ than Hispanic/Black parents irrespective of work schedule. #NORCSparkathon @NORCNews
