@easyJet ive just had my outbound airport changed on my upcoming flight, with zero notice - I can't do this change. Call centre is constantly at full capacity and finding it impossible to get any clarity. Please can an advisor get back to me on here? Thanks in advance
@easyJet I also saw seats for sale on this very flight 2 days ago - why continue to sell seats when people would have to be redirected? Seats ranging from Β£39 to Β£130 on this same flight just 2 days ago!?
@ActionOnHearing@youleanmeup Really good to see this, I always feel my hearing aids are a bit of a barrier to gym/exercise with the sweat making them quite uncomfortable to wear. Swimming is another thing I do a lot less as I am basically deaf until I can put my hearing aids back in - can be quite awkward
@ActionOnHearing Just generally people taking hearing for granted and not knowing how to communicate well. Saying things louder is a bit of a red herring for people I think, as it's more about the clarity of the words used. If more people were aware of the speech banana I think it would help.
@ActionOnHearing@WHO Since acquiring hearing loss at age 21 following meningitis, I feel strongly about raising awareness of its effects. For my MSc I researched the effects of hearing loss in the workplace and my organisation now promotes free hearing tests as a result π https://t.co/SRsjGfPwbj

@Limping_Chicken I can relate to this a lot. I have a profound loss and wear 2 hearing aids. The extra strain and stress in trying to keep up in places like a waiting room can leave you exhausted for the rest of the day, turning a simple appointment into an often quite negative experience.
