Definitely don’t recommend @vendoo_co - thought I had signed up for the free trial, haven’t touched it since that first day and they’ve taken payments. No help from customer service either. Usually companies are kinder and more understanding when it’s related to trial issues.

As many people stop buying paper books, I always try to buy new to support publishers and authors. @AndersenPress will no longer be getting any support from me with their “children’s book”. You can have a book about pride without leather clad old men in it. I’m disgusted.

@TimBall16 @thefakehelena Unfortunately it’s a double edged sword. The brewery & the pub will get complaints from whatever side they go with. The other side are perhaps known for a little more violence & anger when complaining. Perhaps they wanted to avoid that?

Gate checked the pushchair on the way to #Heathrow Thursday. Got to the gate to be told there’s not enough staff to get the gate checked items. Over 2 hours of carrying baby all through immigration and waiting for luggage. CRAZY.

@SophieF_21 @VirginAtlantic I’ve been upgraded from London before with them for being US military, so there’s definitely a chance! Ignore all the negative comments. Airlines & hotels often upgrade for honeymoons. It never hurts to mention the occasion! And congratulations, married life is the BEST! 😍
