so i was using @claudeai copilot to create a vendor for a partner on zoho books
then i thought i also have to update the partner profile on our partner portal - so that they are both in sync
then i was like what if claude could do this too
then i have to generate a bill for each partner for the commissions they are supposed to get
then i was like what if claude could do this too
then paying the partner, informing them, etc
what if claude could do all of this, and if it knew about all the processes and tools that our team uses
and it could suggest improvements in the process and implement those too
then it would truly become AI founder / manager / team leader
couldn't have said it better and this also applies if you're a small bootstrapped team building your startup
you need to stay focused
and find more paying customers like your customers who already love your product
and only build what customers who love your product wants
Remove your free plan.
Free users are leeches. They increase support, server costs, and make you build features your paying customers don’t want.
Less than 3% of free users ever convert.
VC startups can afford free plans because they’re optimizing for growth, not profit.
If you’re an indie founder, never give away your product for free.

It’s weird that from India if you go east towards Singapore you’re going ahead in time (2.5 hours), but if you keep going east from Singapore to California, you’re now 12 hours behind India.
Made it to the @getrecharge office in LA today.
They are a team of 450 people all working remotely across the world.
But this is where the big man @OisinO works from and I am looking forward to our chat on Friday!
iMessage bots are picking up these days, so many possibilities - why need an app, when you can do everything in chat?
