The WoW name drama just reveals a major contributing factor to why MMO's are dead.

Everyone fondly remembers the infamous Barrens chat.

Yet in current year everyone who participated in it would be permabanned.

You can't have fun in multiplayer games anymore because some Karen will get offended and get you banned, and that's multiplied x1000 in MMOs.

Until companies learn that it's the perpetually offended they should be banning because THEY are the ones ruining everyone else's fun, there can be no second coming of MMOs.

wow has always done a horrible job at showcasing their powerhouse characters unfortunately. Elune is still the only thing in wow that's as close to be being a true diety as u can get imo(shadowlands is not canon idc and they're gonna retcon it anyway)

In 9.1, Tyrande should have beaten Sylvanas head-on. Then Anduin steps in to save her and gets one-shotted. The Jailer himself has to intervene, but Tyrande still manages to gain the upper hand against him, forcing him to quickly open a portal and retreat.
Only after that should Tyrande start losing control, out of rage and frustration.
Tyrande is a ten-thousand-year-old powerhouse. Blizzard has never really shown what she is capable of at full strength — and the same goes for Malfurion.
