Please don't provide trip guarantee if you are providing RAC tickets. When we come to know at the last moment about RAC which cannot be confirmed, we are not able to do alternate planning and continued with same travel hoping that RAC will get confirmed.

RAC 3/4/5 was not confirmed. In trouble, now TT needs to decide to who he is going to allocate the seat.

IRCTC booking system needs change. It's not a correct to auto align a upper birth for a 60 year old woman. Now a days people are not kind enough to swap their seats... Horrible @IRCTCofficial @RailMinIndia

@RailwaySeva Here people who got lower birth have special contact as they say. I don't know if there is any hidden option to opt for lower birth. They got lower birth even if they are well fit and for their kids too.
Both bookings are tatkal booking
