This seems like an easy experiment for someone in the field to BEFORE we step in the direction of therapy with these substances. The difference in approach to therapy based on aspects of all qualia should be taken into consideration before a disaster or incident harms.
With therapeutic psychedelics on the rise there is a paper yet to be written by anyone that seems like it's a given. The effect on modes of light in setting. The phenomenal experience of Artificial light vs Natural light vs Single color (R,B,G) during psychedelic sessions.
Low light or single modes of color give the brain room to make its own predictions / interpretations of the scene. Natural light can diminish this so one can focus on the reality at hand without that distraction.
