@JioCare The JioFiber is down in my area since 27th June and after multiple updates, you guys notify that it MIGHT be back by 9th July - that's a total of 13 days without any service (and it might extend)! Why do you expect us to pay you monthly bills for free?

@JioCare Also, the 4th point on your Terms and conditions state: 'The Plans are intended only for personal use of included services.' which means the plans are not intended if there are no included services. Legally speaking, you cannot charge your customer if you provide no service.
