@AndyRobsonTips Agree, thanks @AndyRobsonTips - this one wasn’t to be but £100 up on the previous train and one of your other tips tonight left me £40 up so very happy! 😃
@AndyRobsonTips First time on the train and what a ride! Banked £70 from the last couple of stops, so very happy. Thanks Andy and look forward to the next one!
@The_PPL Not an easy one to call - especially when you’ve got three Brazilians and two of them specifically reference a surname of some kind…🤷♂️ If Lucas had scored, would we include it in the ‘LOVE’ question?
#sykescottages And there we go...despite the fact they still have my money, this is how Sykes Cottages treat their customers. Absolutely shameful and just makes me more determined to pursue this sham of a company
@GordonDow1@DawnCol42516866@deandunham Thanks - really useful guidance - Sykes claim that they spoke to the owner and they refused a refund, but having seen the way they have behaved generally, not sure what to believe!
@DawnCol42516866 Will check that out - already reported to the CMA...and gone to town on Trust Pilot and Tripadvisor. Next step is my MP...going to try to do everything I can to make their life as uncomfortable as possible!
@sykescottages The number of disgruntled customers is growing and your lack of action is astounding. Hopefully between Social Media, reporting to CMA, TrustPilot (genuine, not ‘invited’, reviews) and notifying MPs you’ll eventually put your customers first and do the right thing
Seem to have had the same experience as others about #sykescottages - paid £1,700 for an Easter break, heard nothing and now told owner won’t refund the £1,300 they received and Sykes will give a credit note for £400...like I’m ever going to use them again! Avoid at all costs!
@janet_herdman Regrettably suspect you will encounter the same experience as me...no email response and only got to speak to someone after being on hold for 70 minutes...and then being told no refund. Hope your experience is better

So impressed with @NakedWines - despite the current issues, not only they deliver a wonderful case of wine in time for Easter, they even added a little chocolate treat! Fantastic service and only adds to my advocacy of an amazing brand
@Se_Railway re the Bexleyheath line work in Feb, the messages say tickets will be accepted on other lines. Does that mean I could go to Bexley (zone 6 v Bexleyheath zone 5) or would I need to go to a zone 5 station?
@Se_Railway Echo everything said so far - horrendous service, no communication, conditions in 30 degree heat. Same old problems at Lewisham - and Delay & Repay remains a minefield to navigate. One way or another, absolutely shocking
@Se_Railway Another journey home from Charing Cross to Bexleyheath, more lengthy delays. This time due to a signalling fault (again) at Lewisham...feels like a daily occurrence. 25 minutes late, so just under the 30 min Delay & Repay limit #shambles
@Se_Railway Appreciate you putting the link to the delay and repay scheme on your messages, but why, when you log in (having claimed before) do you need to input ticket details each time - surely you have details saved? It’s like you’re making the process difficult to deter claims...
