Two ~10 year olds at Paddington asked me to sponsor their "10 mile run." Something was off so I said no. They politely left.
Next thing, police and 4 security guards are on them. One sprints off, the other violently argues with all four guards like he’s done it before.
Not sure what the scam was. More worried about who sent them.
when u go all-in, there’s genuinely no limitations to what you can do
every action is just a subset of the work needed to get to your goals
tunnel vision
sequoia's thesis: the next trillion dollar AI company might not sell software at all. it sells the finished work.
services is ~6x bigger than software. copilots turn into autopilots, and the first work to go is whatever businesses already outsource.
so the next wave of AI startups will be competing with consultancies and agencies, while most founders are still pitching against other SaaS

im replacing all pointless consumption
podcasts instead of music
documentaries instead of movies
books instead of reels
yt videos instead of shows
same time spent, much higher ROI
knowledge compounds; 5yrs down the line, the difference will be monumental
