@Autism@BBCTwo One of the best programmes I’ve seen for ages. Really showcased the breadth of the autistic spectrum, showcased individuals fantastically and gave great insights. Well done @ChrisGPackham and @BBC2 top marks!
How do we prioritise climate resilience in UK infrastructure policy? This event will bring together experts from UK public bodies to give their thoughts as we begin to adapt and protect existing infrastructure networks.

Excellent few days with the @JtcScotland - particularly salient to be thinking about energy right now and very pleasant to wear a different type of PPE! Bumped into some @ICEScotland members on site too - civil engineering really is everywhere!
Yesterday we visited @SSE Peterhead Power Station. It has had a big role in power generation in 🏴 + now plans to be at the heart of major new carbon capture + storage infrastructure to help achieve #NetZero
We heard from apprentices passionate about working on low carbon tech🔋
Another useful contribution to the policy debate commissioned by @ICEScotland. I am particularly struck by the need for an overarching & independent body to guide our infrastructure decision-making.
Today we launch 'Accelerating the decarbonisation of Scotland's infrastructure' which says better leadership is required to hit targets. We look forward to progressing the recommendations - particularly a #Netzero infrastructure coalition.

The Loch Katrine Aquaduct is a civil engineering marvel. A salient example of links between infrastructure & public health + a great example of infra longevity & the need for long term thinking on projects today. Our volunteers have an event on the refurb next week - do join us!
The presentation will look at the £20m refurbishment of the Loch Katrine Aquaduct which supplies more than 1.3 million people in the Glasgow area with clean water supplies

At a time when Scotland’s economy faces change and challenge, I’m delighted to have been re-elected onto the @edas_scotland board. Top class discussion on what the next decade will have in store at our AGM - recording online soon if you missed it!
Great discussion with our fantastic panel of speakers to end our AGM - thanks to @StuartBlack_HIE @BrodieChristoph Karen Jackson @SoSEnterprise and @Lindamurray82 @scotent 👏
Delighted to sign our declaration of intent on green hydrogen and hydrogen technologies with the state of Hamburg @hamburg_de and to showcase Scotland’s hydrogen potential & its role in helping us, alongside Germany, to reach our collective net-zero targets.
