@databallr I’m curious, Donovan Mitchell seems to rank pretty high on each list you mentioned. Why do you think he hasn’t been able to have successful playoff runs? Is it the personnel he is surrounded by? Do his numbers in these categories drop during the postseason? Would love to hear why

@colbinator15@Tjonesonthenba There were literally two teams that had the room to offer him a salary of $ 31 mil or more in year 1; the Lakers and Nets.
@danerob09805283@HoboJ_ I get why Jazz fans are so passionate about this argument, but there were a number of issues other than Rudy’s large contract with that Jazz team.
@KatoParinaSLC Terrible take. Height and versatility are not the concerns I had losing Kessler; in fact, I don’t even know if Hayes provides both. It’s the fact that we lost a great rim protector, rebounder, and a big to play in the pick-and-roll.
@jchizzy21 This is a pretty weak argument. The Jazz don’t actually have that much room. They still have to extend Keyonte this year or next, which puts them in luxury tax territory. This move just leaves them without a center. If anything, it probably means Lauri has to get dealt soon.
