@Sofology literally one of the worst sofa companies I’ve come across. State 12 weeks delivery - a lie (further 2wk delivery). Best part of £6k sofas, bits missing, damaged. Customer service are horrific - 7 calls. Still have faulty part. Now 12 week wait for bits. Avoid them!!
@OctopusEnergy Absolutely the WORST customer service I have encountered in my life. AVOID this company if you value good customer service. Can’t wait for this issue to be fixed so I can LEAVE
@OctopusEnergy - For an energy company that purports to have some of the best customer services of all energy providers I CAN NOT believe that’s it’s taken 8 weeks to deal with my complaint and fix my smart meters - incompetent customers services - literally the WORST ever. AVOID
@OctopusEnergy I have asked MULTPLE times for this to be dealt with by a UK agent - NOTHING HAS CHANGED and it’s dealt with offshore an sending me emails at stupid o’clock in the morning
@OctopusEnergy Yet again @OctopusEnergy - you have not read the information. This has been going on for over 8 weeks and I’ve been asked for the same information 3 times that I have provided 3 times!!! I got copy and paste answers “we are sorry”… you’re not sorry.

Just upgraded my eve-ng installation from running as a VM in VMware Fusion on Mac to Bare Metal on HP Microserver - absolute doddle to action. Now to hammer the Juniper Certs. JNCIA-Junos exam soon. @EVE_NG_TEAM@JuniperCertify
