Really? Why on earth would a football match be allowed to determine a matter of sovereignty and democracy? It’s just football (not even a proper sport like cricket or rugby). If we win Wednesday but lose to Spain Sunday are the Falklands safe but we have to surrender Gibraltar?
@bphillipsonMP I’m not confident, in fact I think there is next to no chance, that Bridget Phillipson will read these very well written and thought out replies to a message generated by her “team”, let alone reply. Prove me wrong
@Bounce_BackLoan Correct, she will not be missed by any right minded, decent individual. Essentially for her duplicity, inability and pure spite. All in evidence and in clear view from before the last General Election I would add ; and we, the British people, have just accepted it in apathy.
@george_sell@RalphBeckett See ban of Stag Hunting in the West Country, preceded the national hunting ban. The three West Country packs of hounds did so much for the health of the herd, moved deer around, prevented in-breeding etc. It’s not about welfare, sadly.
@BHAHorseracing@CheltenhamRaces Peter is an incredibly knowledgeable man and somehow manages to navigate the multitude of safety and regulatory requirements whilst fully appreciating the challenge a grounds team faces when working with nature and our climate. Top man too.
@NeilForPoole Hello Mr Duncan-Jordan, as part of the “nation of animal lovers”, can you tell me your view on Halal animal slaughter and where it fits in with your virtue signalling narrative? I’ll wait.
