@marisaroxanne As well as ice out people, like you and me, who are still trying to build experience by taking jobs that fit in with our schedules. It’s definitely hard to stay with a company for several years while in college and being told to put school first but also work 40 hours a week

My CS didn’t come easy by ANY means. I failed calc 2 THREE times. the same year that I finally passed with a C (negotiated to a B),
I was tied for the highest grade in my theory of computation class.
