to ME as i already know all those things, i'd be happier with more control

but what you have is a good idea esp. for people/designers who don't code at all

Mozilla: Opposed
WebKit: Opposed
Microsoft: Several concerns
W3C TAG: Several concerns
Developers: Mostly negative

Chrome: Ships anyway.

A sad time for web standards. But, I guess someone at Google will get promoted, so 'every cloud…'
