@ErnieMarples @tsohost Further to my previous reply though, if you are just hosting a single site (as opposed to a reseller) then go to @34sp . Service and support is excellent. Call centre is UK based. They don't do reseller packages unfortunately.

Could @tsohost give us a status report please?
On the new Cpanel the MX server has been down all day. I am going to be forced to pay for Google Workspace to get around the problem.
Will you keep Gridhost server up until these problems are resolved.

@ethanjaack I would have migrated elsewhere had I known but on their tsohost platform I had 6 good years of service so did not anticipate problems with the new system.

@Google - what is up with the new Google Drive? Your products are normally reliable but this one is a different story. Often it fails to start up all the accounts or inexplicably asks to log in again. Never had this with the previous incarnations.

No problems with the soon-to-retire Gridhost but all sorts with the new Cpanel especially 24 hour MX server downtime. Hope you get on better than I do!
