1/2 I raised a complaint on 1033, but till date no solution or refund has been provided. I also contacted my bank, and they informed me that this is an NHAI issue, not a bank-related one.
Kindly resolve this matter on priority and refund the deducted amount.

@HeroFinCorpLtd I raised a dispute on my Loan A/c HCFDELUBL00006932997 (Ref. No. 20224526) regarding unauthorized insurance charges & forged signatures. Despite repeated mails, no valid response yet. My CIBIL is badly affected. If not resolved in 2 days, I’ll be forced to take.

@zomato I ordered 2 pcs idli from Udupi Sagar Restaurant (Order ID: 7254820453). The idli was stale, sour & completely inedible. Had to throw it after 1 bite. This is a serious health risk. Who takes responsibility if this causes food poisoning? Highly unacceptable!
