For me, I worry about the 60% of my patients with more than one illness. Do we really want them going to multiple silos? Who does all the driving & coordinating? What is the cost to them? To the carers? When we need care navigators to help a person find help, the system is broken

@Shaindy77 @AdamAhlgrim Yes this. There is a huge amount of ageism and class assumptions in PG research. The kind of “yes we all lived on Pot Noodles and toast during the week and went home for a good meal at the weekend” kind of poor, not the “can I eat and pay the rent?” poor.
