Give every merchant a ₹20L monthly free limit.

Protect small businesses. Charge only high-volume users.

Keep UPI affordable.

UPI became a global success because it was FREE. Don’t turn India’s biggest digital-payment revolution into another fee machine.

Fix the system, not just change faces.

Build a secure, tamper-proof exam system.
Set up an independent reform commission.
Strict punishment for all involved in cheating.

Let this be the last exam scandal in India’s history.
