@3erland Yes it was very impressive to see, I even saw how the plane was approached the cloud layer and I was a shadow of the plane, and then plane penetrated the cloud.

I newer saw that before, a very thin layer of clouds was cut by a plane which left a trail in that. Can you catch it on those pictures?

I'm very happy about the first light of my updated almost-DIY #telescope setup, 5 minutes single shot of Sadr, star in the constellation Cygni, from my balcony in Vienna. Sky is very polluted here, but the guiding works very well for me, stars are round. I😍#OnStep

Just few features to mention: convenient hand controller as smartphone app (connects over Bluetooth or WiFi), PEC support, backlash correction, #INDI and #Ascom drivers, 3 degrees per second (in my case) slew speed, about 30-40 Euro costs for the motors and electronic parts.

Finally finished an year ago started project of motorizing and GoTo'rizing my Vixen Super Polaris with an #OnStep (actually with it's reincarnation, OnStepX). Still waiting for first light, but first impression is very good, silent movements, function rich.
