These binders hold all communications for 50+ PERM roles I applied for.
The records bound together with the three rings are 10k open PERMs being processed by the DOL right now.
Almost all the roles I applied are being filled with foreigners on H1-B — even the 90% from firms that never contacted me during the labor market test.
This is the truth of the H1-B program.
It’s about displacement.
@1776pax@AgitpropMaster@HunterBiden This deadbeat has abandoned his daughter and lives the life of a total derelict — selling access to our political system for bags of cash.
He should be tossed into a volcano.
There's not a single unemployed automotive engineer in the US according to Rivian which is why they're sponsoring a PERM visa.
Too bad the only way to see it is this tiny ad in the LA Times.
Should companies be allowed to discriminate against American citizens when hiring?
Notre Dame has had ~400 applications for foreign labor CERTIFIED since 2020.
And these do not include roles filled by holders of H-4 EAD or F-1 OPT — which likely double the number of foreign nationals employed in these areas — because applications are not needed with their employment.

This is amazing. Bloomberg just published an article lamenting the H-1B crackdown on Indian workers in Texas because...
HOME PRICES ARE DROPPING DRAMATICALLY(!!)
The same article claims it's "racist" to scale back the number of H-1Bs (lol) and states as gospel truth that home prices going down will harm the local economy.
Articles like this fail to explain how masses of Indian immigrants have pushed home prices out of reach for many native-born Americans in the first place, or how they've culturally transformed huge swaths of Texas.
Prices coming DOWN from less immigration is an very good thing that should be celebrated. It also proves the Trump administration's entire premise: Unchecked, runaway, invasion levels of immigration, legal and illegal, has fueled the affordability crisis.
Less immigration makes America more affordable.
They have an even higher dependency on foreign labor.
AT&T has had almost ~12k applications for foreign labor approved since 2020.
And this doesn’t count H-4 EAD or F-1 OPT which probably double the number of foreign nationals filling these roles.
@anttsinc They printed Indian in the headline.
You’ve softened that with “South Asian”.
Why not just go all the way and say Human Beings.
Indian nationals account for 75% of H-1B awards.
Running from the truth is an indicator.
@SenSanders Maybe if all the jobs weren't being taken by illegals, H-1Bs, OPTs, H-2Bs, and L-1 visa workers, Americans would have a chance. Stop with the outrage and do something.
The email bounced back?
That happened to me with my favorite ad of all time.
I’ll tell you what some people do —
They double file with the EEOC and DOJ IER, and include the PDF of the original newspaper ad, your email communications, the bounce back, your resume AND… evidence they hired the visa holder without evaluating you.
That last part is difficult but not impossible, but you won’t find that signal for 6 months.
I wouldn’t file a complaint immediately because the firm would just chalk it up to an administrative error.
It’s probably not but you’ll need some indicator they failed to comply with the labor market test — and their PERM application would be that as it forces them to CERTIFY that no American was available.
Texas’s largest three metros have been absolutely overrun with foreign nationals, with 400k applications for foreign labor CERTIFIED since 2020.
And these do not include roles filled by holders of H-4 EAD or F-1 OPT — which likely double the number of foreign nationals employed in these areas — because applications are not needed with their employment.
