@DrJoeAbah A retiree can access his funds the next day after retiring. That's a fact.
There are procedures before accessing your RSA and it's laid out perfectly some people are oblivious or chose to cross the bridge when they get there and that's where the problems start.
@DrJoeAbah Contributions are made based on grade level and step for every employee and for public civil servants under IPPIS all you have to do is multiply the consolidated salary by 18% and you get the monthly pension contribution.
You get an RSA balance that reflects your rank.
@Sijax07@FinPlanKaluAja1 Before YES, the new and improved Personal Pension Plan operates on a different level. You can have a normal RSA and then again a PPP which you can fund at your convenience either from side gigs or just because.
@OneRomzy@FinPlanKaluAja1@grok You can open and fund a Personal Pension Plan (formerly AVC)for minors and fund it anytime you feel like from the convenience of your phone.
@FinPlanKaluAja1 AVC now becomes PPP - Personal Pension Plan and withdrawals can start after 3 consecutive contributions (within a three month period) with 2 withdrawals per quarter.
@SasDantata He should visit his PFA, having retired in 2014, he might be eligible for Consequential Adjustments and Pension Reward. His PFA will sort him out.
@saleem_bawah If memory serves me right, Zaidi Farms were at the inception stage of their Papaya plantation with take off stands of around 200. That was 2 years ago. I believe they should have expanded by now.
