@AmazonHelp Well if the seller isn't cancelling the order and I cannot cancel it from my end, someone needs to cancel it. At least contact the seller and make them cancel it if they do not plan to have the product back in stock and ship it any time soon. My money is stuck.

@SwiggyCares if your delivery agents don’t know how to check directions to given address on your app, why have you provided that option? They keep calling over & over again even when a customer is not answering calls, but won’t check directions on the app. What if one is busy?

@SwiggyCares @SwiggyInstamart your warehouse in Lower Parel is not refrigerating frozen items or even the ice packs for that matter. 2 days ago we received molten icecreams and ice packs for the 2nd time in a row in a delivery attempted within 10 minutes.
