This ignoramus — May Allah Deal with him — has been on quite a streak of Nifaq and ignorance as of late. The embarrassing thing, he himself posted this clip, as if it’s a gotcha moment and victory. Even Kafir-La-Logic knows someone who commits Shirk cannot be a Muslim. The doer of Shirk cannot be a Muslim. He’s labeled a Mushrik the instance he commits Shirk. The conditions and preventatives of Takfir are with respect to the Hukm (Punishment) of Takfir, not the label. This is basics. Shaykh Al Islam رحمه الله تعالى said:

فَاسْمُ الْمُشْرِكِ ثَبَتَ قَبْلَ الرِّسَالَةِ�� فَإِنَّهُ يُشْرِكُ بِرَبِّهِ وَيَعْدِلُ بِهِ وَيَجْعَلُ مَعَهُ آلِهَةً أُخْرَى، وَيَجْعَلُ لَهُ أَنْدَادًا قَبْلَ الرَّسُولِ، وَيَثْبُتُ أَنَّ هَذِهِ الْأَسْمَاءَ مُقَدَّمٌ عَلَيْهَا، وَكَذَلِكَ اسْمُ الْجَهْلِ وَالْجَاهِلِيَّةِ، يُقَالُ: جَاهِلِيَّةٌ وَجَاهِلًا قَبْلَ مَجِيءِ الرَّسُول، وَأَمَّا التَّعْذِيبُ

The label ‘mushrik’ (one who commits shirk) is established prior to the sending of the Messenger. For he associates partners with his Lord, sets up equals to Him, and places other gods alongside Him — he takes rivals (andād) unto Him even before the Messenger came — and it is established that these labels precede [the arrival of the Messenger]. Likewise the label of ignorance (jahl) and Jāhiliyyah: one is called ‘Jāhiliyyah’ and ‘ignorant’ even before the Messenger’s coming. As for punishment (taʿdhīb), however, [that is not established before the Messenger comes].

❞ ބައެއް ރުޤިޔާވެރިން ⌝ބަލިމީހާ ނެތްތަނެއްގައި⌜ މާ ދުރުގައި ތިބެ ރުޤިޔާ ކޮށްދެޔޭ އަޚަކު ބުންޏެވެ. އެމީހުން ބުނެއެވެ: ”އަހަރެމެން ފޯނުން ރުޤިޔާ ކޮށްދޭނަމެވެ.“ ނޫނީ ތިމަންނަމެންގެ ގެދޮރުގައި ނޫނީ ކޮޓަރީގައި ތިބެ ރުޤިޔާކޮށްލަ ދޭނަމޭ އެވެ — އެއީ ބަލި މީހާއަށް ނިޔަތް ގަނެގެން ކިޔަވާލުމެވެ! މިއީ އެއަކަށް އެއްވެސް ޢަޞްލެއް ނެތް (ބާޠިލު) ކަމެކެވެ. އަދިކިއެއްތަ، މިއީ މިޒަމާނުގެ މީހުން އުފައްދާފައިވާ ބިދުޢައެކެވެ. މިކަމަކީ ރުޤިޔާ ކުރުމުގެ އުޞްލޫބުތައް ޙައްދެއްނެތި ފުޅާ ކުރުމުގެ ތެރެއިން ހިމެނޭ ގޯހެކެވެ. މިފަދަ ކަންކަމީ (ޙަޤީޤަތުގައި) މަންފާޢެއް ވެސް އެއިން ނުފޯރާ ކަންކަމެވެ. އަދި ﷲ ޙަޟުރަތުން އެއަށް އެއްޗެއް ފުއްދަވައިވެސް ނުދެއްވާ ކަންކަމެވެ. އެހެނީ، ރުޤިޔާއަކީ ސީދާ ސީދަލަށް (ބަލިމީހާގެ ގާތުގައި ހުރެ) ކުރެވޭ އެއްޗެކެވެ. އަދި ދުރުގައި ތިބެ ނުފެނި ވާނުވާ ނޭނގި ތިބެ ރުޤިޔާ ކުރުމ��ކަށް އެއްވެސް ހުއްޖަތެއް ނުވެއެވެ. އަދި ފޯނުން ކުރެވޭ ”ރުޤިޔާ“ ހިމެނެނީ މީގެ ތެރެއިންނެވެ. އެއީ ޣައިރު ޝަރުޢީ އެއްޗެކެވެ. އަދި އެއިން އަސަރެއް ކޮށްފިނަމަ، އެއީ ރުޤިޔާ އަކުން ވީ ކަމެއް ނޫނެވެ. އެހެނަސް އެއަސަދަކީ ޤުރުއާނުންނެވެ. އެހެނީ މީހެއްގެ ކަންފަތް ކައިރީގައި ޤުރުއާނުގެ ކެސެޓެއް (ރިކޯޑިންގ އެއް) ޖަހައިފިޔަސް އޭނާއަށް އެއިން އަސަރު ކުރެއެވެ. އެއީ ޤުރުއާނުގެ ސަބަބުންނެވެ. ރުޤިޔާގެ ސަބަބަކުންނެއް ނޫނެވެ. މިޒަމާނުގެ މީސްތަކުން އެކަންކަން މާސިންގާކޮށް ފުޅާކޮށްފައި މިއޮތް ފަދައިން، ރުޤިޔާ ކުރެވުމުގެ އުޞްލޫބުތައް ފުޅާކުރުމީ ހުއްދަވެގެންވާ ކަމެއް ނޫނެވެ. އަދި މިބައިމީހުން މިކަމަށް ބަހަނާ ދެއްކުމަށް ނަބިއްޔު ﷺ ގެ މިޙަދީޘްފުޅު ދައްކައެވެ: «...لَا بَأْسَ بِالرُّقَى مَا لم يكن فِيهِ شرك» ((..ރުޤިޔާތަކުގައި (އެބަހީ:؛އެދުޢާ ތަކާއި ޛިކުރު ތަކުގައި) ޝިރުކެއް ނުހިމެނޭހާ ހިނދަކު އޭގައި ގޯހެއް ނުވެއެވެ.)) މިއީ މުސްލިމް އެކަލޭގެފާނުގެ ޞަޙީޙުގައި ނަޤުލު ކުރެއްވި ޙަދީޘެކެވެ. އެ މަފްހޫމަކީ މިޙަދީޘުން ޢަންގައިދޭ މާނައެއް ނޫނެވެ. (ނުބައި މާނަ ކުރުމެކެވެ.)...❝

📖 އާޔަތެއްގެ ހިޔަލުގައި (3)

ﷲ ވަޙީ ކުރެއްވި އެވެ:
<< وَكَذَٰلِكَ نُوَلِّي بَعۡضَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ بَعۡضَۢا بِمَا كَانُواْ يَكۡسِبُونَ>>
((އަދި އަނިޔާވެރިން އެއްބަޔަކު އެއީ އަނެއްބައެއްގެ ولِىُّ ންކަމުގައި [އެބަހީ (ގެއްލުންދެނިވި) ސަހަރޯވެރިންކަމުގައި] ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ލެއްވީ އެފަދައިންނެވެ. (އެއީ) އެމީހުންކުރާ ކަމުގައިވީ ކަންތައްތަކުގެ ސަބަބުންނެވެ.))
سورة الأنعام 129

1⃣އަލްޤުރުޠުބީ މިޢާޔަތުގެ ތަފްސީރުގެ ތެރެއިން ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ:

❞ އިބްނު ޒައިދު ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ: "⌝ވަޙީގެ މަޢުނައީ:⌜ ބައެއް އަނިޔާވެރިންގެ މައްޗަށް އެނޫން އަނިޔާވެރިން ތިމަންއިލާހު ވެރިކުރައްވަމެވެ. އެގޮތުން އެއްބަޔަކު އަނެއްބަޔެއް ނެތިފަނާކޮށް ނިކަމެތިކުރެއެވެ."

މިއީ އަނިޔާވެރިޔާ ގެ މައްޗަށް އޮތް އިންޒާރެކެވެ: އޭނާގެ އަނިޔާ ނުހުއްޓަނީނަމަ އޭނާގެ މައްޗަށް އެނޫން އަނިޔާވެރިޔެއް ﷲ ވެރިކުރައްވާނޭ ކަމެވެ. އަދި މިއިންޒާރުގެ ތެރެއަށް އެންމެހައި އަނިޔާވެރިޔެއް ވަދެއެވެ. އަމިއްލަ ނަފުސަށް އަނިޔާވެރިވާ ކޮންމެ މީހަކާއި، އެމީހެއްގެ ރައްޔިތުންނަށް (އެބަހީ: އެމީހެއްގެ ޒިންމާގެ ދަށުގައިވާ ފަރާތްތަކަށް) އަނިޔާވެރިވާ ކޮންމެ މީހަކާއި، އެމީހަކާއި ވިޔަފާރި ކުރާ މީހުންނަށް އަނިޔާވެރިވާ ކޮންމެ ވިޔަފާރިވެރިޔަކާއި، ވައްކަން ކުރާ މީހާ ކޮންމެ ނީހަކާއި، އަދި އެނޫން ކޮންމެ އަނިޔާވެރިޔާވެރިޔެކެވެ.

ފުޟައިލު ބުނު ޢިޔާޟު ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ:
«إِذَا رَأَيْتَ ظَالِمًا يَنْتَقِمُ مِنْ ظَالِمٍ فَقِفْ، وَانْظُرْ فِيهِ مُتَعَجِّبًا» ((އަނިޔާވެރިން އެއްބަޔަކު އަނެއްބައެއްގެ ކިބައިން ބަދަލުހިފަމުންދާތަން ތިބާއަށް ފެނިއްޖެނަމަ، މަޑުޖެހޭށެވެ. އަދި އެކަމުގެ މައްޗަށް އާސޯޚާއި އެ��ު ނަޒަރުހިންގާށެވެ.)) ❝

—އަލްޤުރުޠުބީގެ ބަސްކޮޅު [(تفسير القرطبي، سورة الأنعام (١٢٩)] އިން މިހިސާބަށް، ނިމުނީ.

2⃣ އަލްފުޟައިލުގެ ބަސްކޮޅު ތަފްޞީލު ކުރައްވަމުން، އަލްމުޤައްދަމްގެ ތަފްސީރުގައި ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ:

”އެބަހީ: މި މާތް އާޔަތުގައި ޛިކުރު ކުރެވިފައި މިވާ މާނައިގެ މަތީން ހަނދުމަކުރާށޭ އެވެ. <<وَكَذَلِكَ نُوَلِّي>> ((ހަމައެފަދައިން ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ އެއްބަޔަކު ولِىُّ ންކަމުގައި ލެއްވީމޭ...)) އެބަހީ: ވެރިކުރެއްވުމެވެ. އެއީ <<بَعْضَ الظَّالِمِينَ بَعْضًا بِمَا كَانُوا يَكْسِبُونَ>> ((އަނިޔާވެރިންގެ އެއްބައެއް އަނެއް ބައެއްގެ މައްޗަށެވެ. އެވެރިން ކޮށްއުޅުނު ކަންތައް ތަކުގެ ސަބަބުންނެވެ.))“ (އެބަހީ: އެވެރިންގެ ނުބައި ޢަމަލުތަކުގެ ސަޒާއެއްގެ ގޮތުންނެވެ.)

3⃣ އައްޘަޢްލަބީ މިއާޔަތުގެ ތަފްސީރުގެ ތެރެއިން ޛިކުރު ކުރެއްވިއެވެ:

މާލިކު ބުނު ދީނާރު ވިދާޅުވިއެވެ:
«قرأت في كتب الله المنزلة: إن الله تعالى قال: أفني أعدائي بأعدائي ثم أفنيهم بأوليائي.» ((ބާވައިލެއްވުނު ﷲ ގެ ފޮތްތަކުގެ ތެރޭގައި އަހަރެންނަށް ކިޔެވިފައި (އެބަހީ: ފެނިފައި) ވެއެވެ: ﷲ تعالى ވަޙީ ކުރެއްވިޔޭ: ”ތިމަންއިލާހުގެ ޢަދުއްވުން، ތިމަންއިލާހުގެ އެނޫން އަދުއްވުން މެދުވެރިކުރައްވައި ހަލާކު ކުރައްވަމެވެ. ދެން، އެވެރިން ⌝އެންމެން⌜ ތިމަން އިލާހުގެ އައުލިޔާއިންގެ (އެއިލާހަށް ލޯބިކުރާ މުއުމިން އަޅުތަކުންގެ) އަތްތަކުން ހަލާކުކުރައްވަމެވެ.“ — [(تفسير الثعلبي(٤/١٩١)]

"Therefore, my testament (waṣiyyah) to you is the testament of Muḥammad —peace and blessings be upon him— to follow the path of knowledge, to call others to it (daʿwā), and to lead toward the sound approach (Al-Manhaj Al-Qawīm), the straight path, and the guidance of Muḥammad —peace and blessings be upon him.

A person should never tire of reform (iṣlāḥ), preaching (daʿwā), and guiding people—whether they are young or old, far or near—using all available means. This is especially true in our current era, where Allah (the Almighty and Sublime) has made matters easy for mankind. One can now bring about reform even through modern devices and by calling to Allah across many platforms.

Whether you are proficient in French, English, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, or any language you master, you can utilize it through any available path. This is a gate of goodness that Allah has opened. A person needs to be both a recipient of knowledge and a conveyer of it.

Thus, we say that one should invest in calling to Allah and directing people toward such matters, for it is an indication of immense good. One will find the rewards of these actions once the 'pens have dried' (after death); they will find good deeds continuing to flow to them until Allah inherits the Earth and all who are upon it.

When Allah places goodness in someone, it does not remain stagnant. Even if no one is influenced except your son, and your son then has children of his own, that is sufficient. In this way, you remain alive—alive through your deeds, your calling to Allah, your reform, and your righteous work—which continues to benefit you until the Day of Resurrection."
