@UberIN_Support booked a ride after a while and got option to set fixed pin. I changed my pin. Today booked another ride and different pin was used. Also no way to change pin in app or web in profile. What happened?

@TheAtulMishra I have encountered even better strategy last 2-3 times. Order gets delayed, no updates, order never leaves restaurant. After frustrating time waiting, we call up customer care and they offer to cancel and refund. No ₹75 coupon as order is not delivered.

This was crazy experience trying to purchase a replacement remote for my HD PVR STB. Chat support took 1 hr 5 mins to allow me buy a remote costing ₹375 which is not listed anywhere on website to purchase for some reasons. Sahi hai @TataPlayin

Hey @BCCI,
Why such UI inconsistencies? Both are ongoing 3rd innings of matches. Why are they at different positions?
We can understand that hosts are at top row, but how can J&K's ongoing inning be at 1st column which ideally is 1st innings as per any UX norms?
