@JSBLPak before expiration of the card my all dues were cleared. I received a bill with zero amount every month. After some months you charged annual charges then I contacted your team and they weren't aware that I didn't get the card. Now I am not in Pakistan now a days and bill

@JSBLPak I was regularly using JS credit card and I really admired the services of yours.
But as my card expired, I contacted your Team for a new card but didn't get the card. I am still getting a bill with extra charges. Why should I pay if I didn't get the card.
