BlackRock's $25 billion private credit fund hit with requests to redeem 13.3%
Investors asked to redeem 13.3% of the value of assets in BlackRock‘s BLK $25 billion private credit fund in Q1, as concerns about credit quality and how borrowers will manage AI-related disruption mount.
HPS Corporate Lending Fund plans to honor 5% of those requests, Reuters reported. The fund plans to repurchase roughly $620 million of its outstanding shares, according to a regulatory filing, which also pointed to the prospect of higher interest rates as a potential boost to future returns.

Amid ongoing intense mediation efforts by Pakistan, we are fully aware of incessant misinformation campaign being waged by those who want to sabotage the peace deal. Setting aside the noise, we can confirm that a final, agreed upon text of the peace deal has been reached and Pakistan is now working closely with both sides to finalize the next steps. Peace has never been this close as it is now.

Every stone in Al-Mahd bears a memory, and every inscription preserves a story from a history that stretches back to the earliest days of the Islamic state.
Today, we unveil the secrets of our past and pass them on to future generations.

Deeply disturbed by the news coming from across the LoC. The killing of more than a dozen protesting civilians and police personnel is extremely sad. The Government there should know better than to use force to handle public grievance and demands in this manner.
When people take to the streets to express their concerns, it is a signal that they seek to be heard. It is the responsibility of those in authority to listen, engage and peacefully resolve the matter, rather than allow it to escalate into violence, arbitrary arrests and loss of life.
Hope and pray that better sense prevails and the matter is handled with maturity while addressing the concerns of the people.
For Donald Trump, the priority is reaching a deal with Iran. Increasingly, he seems to have reached the conclusion that doing so will require him to impose limits on Israel https://t.co/dDrvFFDnAy

PPP should stop bailing out an already ballooned government and instead focus on trimming pays, perks, and benefits of employees in the officer cadres of civil and military bureaucracy and higher judiciary to have a balanced budget.
