In March 2026, Venu Srinivasan took back control of his own company Sundaram Clayton in 72 hours. He removed decisions board made 3 days earlier and put himself back as chairman. In his company, promoter got his way over one weekend.

Five months later, same Srinivasan sat on Tata Sons board as Tata Trusts nominee. Trusts asked him not to vote on chairman extension. He ignored them and voted to keep Chandrasekaran anyway.

Tata Sons board gave Chandrasekaran 5 more years as chairman, weeks after he said he would step down. Noel Tata, who leads Tata Trusts owning 66% of Tata Sons, voted against and called it illegal.

Company rules say Trust nominees must approve such decisions by majority. Two Trust nominees voted, one yes and one no. Board treated this as tie and broke it with casting vote. Trusts say tie breaking cannot create majority that never existed

Courts will decide, and every promoter family in India is watching :)

Chandrasekaran has earned 671 crore from Tata Sons over past 5 years, with FY26 pay at 158 crore. While his compensation stayed high, unlisted Tata companies lost 27,854 crore in FY26.

A scam related to illegal manufacturing is happening at Delhi where more than 80 polythene manufacturers are manufacturing plastic poly bags and stamping them for more than 120 microns but in reality they are less than 50 microns.

This is sewage water, not rainwater. It has remained unresolved for more than 48 hours, turning a major thoroughfare into a large, foul-smelling sewage lake. The overpowering ammonia/urine stench and acrid fumes are unbearable, forcing pedestrians and cyclists to navigate through it.

More than a lakh people live in this area, many of them community workers and domestic staff who do not have organised RWA bodies to represent them. Many live in Tigra and say their concerns are not heard by landlords.

What is happening in this country?
A young MBBS doctor Dr. Lakshman Ganga has been threatened with legal action by an Ayurveda practitioner because he exposed an Ayurvedic Hospital and it's Ayurvedic "Neonatologist" for prescribing at least 5 antibiotics including a kidney toxic one and kidney toxic pain killers along with random ass herbal junk, for a viral infection in a 5 year old, for which the child was also subjected to an incision and drainage surgery procedure!

This hospital and the pediatric Ayurveda specialist should be booked for endangering a child's life and attempt to murder and medical negligence. These kind of practitioners enjoy freedom to play with others lives while real doctors on duty are met with violence trying to do right by patients. Indian healthcare hierarchy is so messed up, it looks unsalvageable.

The government wants alternative medicine practitioners in Ayurveda and Homeopathy to prescribe modern medicine under integrative medicine rule. Some States have not allowed it.

Empowering these alternative medicine frauds without the right medical science knowledge is a huge threat to public health and patient endangering.
