Madam, those docs charge Rs 1500 and Rs. 3000 because they have some skills. These skills develop over decades, during which doctors live with their books primarily and study 10-12 hrs a day
You could have developed such skills in some field but you chose not to. No point getting jealous now and making strange allegations. May you never need a doctor in life, wishing you good health 🙏

Food fortifications could help but the quantity needed would be too much.
May be could make it easily accessible like iron folic acid or something should be done

First swim, though I could go only for two three days.
First swim at 3 months post surgery.

Today is 4.5 months post surgery. I went cycling.

Feels like, there might be hard days but not like life is over. It will get better each day :)

Even the hard days surpass honestly when you get so addicted to it. It’s like I cry for 5 mins for the toxicity or mental physical breakdown but I get back smiling to the patients

It’s a Happy Diwali for many of us, it should be.

But today I’m seeing a 55/M , a father , a husband die in the ICU.

Death is upsetting, be it diwali or not.
