Exchanges still listing.
@cryptocom listed. they haven’t even listed a meme for a while.
@vladtenev followed one meme.
Ah you’re not bullish enough bottom is in.
the same users that they dont care abt are the ones responsible for multiple millions in funding to legitimate teams launching on base
and billions in volume
significant economic activity along with attention and distribution
and all attn is good attn even the fud if you’re actually building something real who cares it won’t matter in long run
and idc if they are short term and will sell early or talk loud on the tl…all markets have participants with different goals and strategies
if you’re building something real it literally will not matter that early mercenary traders participated and didn’t stick around
if you’re building something valuable it will be completely fine
but to openly mock and turn this segment of the market away is a big mistake imo
should be thanking them tbh as they’re serving a critical market need in the earliest days
missing the forest for the trees
Why does @brian_armstrong only reply to Solana soy boys about base.
I always had a feeling it was over when he had a chat with the thread dude about base. Instead of sitting down with the most influential on @base
He never believed in us. He never backed us. He isn’t one of us.
@vladtenev don’t hurt us like @brian_armstrong and @base did.
Brian: "In general, we bias toward supporting projects that we believe will create long term customer value."
I guess now's a good time to address an actual rug that was fully supported by @base and Coinbase Ventures last year. It's criminal what happened.
@MemoryProtocol received investment from @cbventures: https://t.co/CkroEhGRN7. It was a FULL push by Base and its employees including @jessepollak: https://t.co/cU8Zbg1PGT. The launch was hyped up and numerous Base KOLs shilled it before and after launch (check the list below).
MEM launched at $0.03 with 23 ETH in the LP on September 3rd, 2026: https://t.co/vHJjFJRTlR
On November 19th, 25.9 ETH was removed from the LP when the price was still above $0.025 (only a 16% decrease in price since launch). When I checked on December 7th, only around 1 ETH remained in the LP. Now there is 0 ETH in the LP. This was a hard rug.
I dm'd the founder @JackSpallone in December about the LP. No replies, although they were still tweeting updates even after the LP was gone.
Lots of people got rugged including @0xWives who bought over $100k worth of MEM and never sold.
Any answers or accountability for this @brian_armstrong@jessepollak? Investments can go bad, but rugging is something entirely different. On top of this @MemoryProtocol has just been acquired by @vana (July 8th). So holders got rugged but Coinbase Ventures and other VCs and the team get bought out?
