@djbaskin Reminds me of the Jade vine I saw in an arboretum on Maui! We almost didn’t see it until we noticed weird teal things on the group, and then looked up!
@bobek_balinek@viditb Which third party tool? So I can install it, set up an account, give it photo library permissions, test it, and then have it take 3 seconds to process the photo instead of 6. Oh and the 1 time I actually need this functionality I’ll have forgotten what the app was called anyway
@ItsRobbAllen The reason to press blue would be if you modeled that <50% of the world would be able to understand that they should obviously choose red
@AnxiousHolly Because whether landscape mode makes sense is a per-app decision. This way, you don't start with the homescreen in landscape and then expect the everything you could go from there to adapt.
@jr_ingram@DannPetty Speaking as one of them, these designers tend to not have a huge online presence especially in design circles, and many either don’t have portfolios or have very surface-level portfolios because the work is proprietary.
@agispas@claudeai@figma Depends if you're talking about a Twitter "look at these cards I made" glorified visual designer designer, or an actually good product / interaction designer
@DannPetty The fact that design Twitter will even post and / or critique designs that have no context is the problem. Every image-only post of a design should be met with "well, what were you trying to avhieve/solve".
@mehtaversed @hindookissinger Saying there’s no benefits other than the USD and natural beauty is wild to me. There’s clean air, walkable neighborhoods, international food, the ability to pursue almost any hobby imaginable, getting treated with respect by default, amazing live entertainment…
