@UniverseIce I just tested the #S26Ultra@Samsung and within 30 seconds of the privacy feature turning on, I started to feel sick.
I currently own the S25U also owned S24U. - Reminds me of the S24U grain issue but it wasnt as worse like this to make me feel sick.
@dtay78@cineworld This has happened to me several times at Cineworld, but Customer Service never takes responsibility, even when it's clearly their fault. I've reported the issue numerous times, yet they always tell me to speak to the staff at the cinema—even when no one is available.

The issue present still: 3 different dates, 3 different films.
Seriously fix this. I paid with my own money 3 times. No point being unlimited when your system doesn't work as it should. I been a unlimited since 2015. I see others reported this too. MB compensated

I can't cancel and book another film superscreen with my unlimited.
I reported this 3 times now. 3 different films, 3 different occupations. Twice I had to pay full price to book with my money with though I have unlimited.

@cineworld@cineworld what's worse, it doesn't let me book for same film if I cancel and try to rebook it (using unlimited card) ..I reported this already, but I wasn't given a permanent solution. This all started appearing after you guys made change to your website last month!

Fix your issues;
Your service has gone downhill. No way to sort cinemas by films anymore—manual search is now a hassle. Misspelled titles go unfound. Plus, with no phone CS and the fill a form taking 3+ days for automated replies, it’s frustrating.
@cineworld all other cinema chain have both ways of sorting films & cinema out. Everyone know to read and book the correct cinema location when booking a film.
Bring it back at least under the hamburger menu on the right on your website!
