@Wickes Celebrating our partial refund from @Wickes after 18 months of chasing. Had to go through the Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman to get some money back for what were obvious errors. Appalling customer service #avoidwickes

@Wickes @Wickes looks to me that your kitchen designers and installers could not have been involved, as our experience is somewhat different. Over a year we have been waiting for the design and installation issues on our bathrooms to be sorted out. Avoid Wickes, I wish we had.

@Wickes We have been through this with you before, when I do reply we get 'sorry we are only customer relations', and @Wickes have simply passed the buck to the ombudsman despite the very obvious errors.

@FitchAndy @Wickes We have also had shocking experience of the Colchester store, once they have your cash that's it, it is all everybody's fault but theirs. 'Design Consultant' is a joke, they don't have a clue, the number of mistakes in our 'design' was shocking. A year later we are still chasing

@mrcolindalton @Wickes And so your circular journey continues - store will say it's installations responsibility now - installation will say it's the store - customer service will shrug. @Wickes are dreadful, nobody takes responsibility. They have your money now, they don't care #AvoidWickes.

@mrcolindalton @Wickes Don't hold your breath, you will receive the 'Sorry we are just customer relations and not customer support' reply. The store, installers, customer service will all argue amongst themselves before passing you to the ombudsman to wash their hands of the problem.

@mrcolindalton @Wickes Good Luck ! I hope everything gets finished. I don't think these companies appreciate the turmoil having your house in pieces for months causes, even more infuriating when the solution is simple but it still does not get done.

@Wickes 😡 - anger @Wickes for the bathroom project designed by #WickesColchester and paid for last May that is still not complete due to incompetence across the board from designers, installers and customer service. It wasn't even a complicated project!

@Wickes The Bathroom. Because I have to remove all the tiles installed by @Wickes installers and design team due to their inept service. But can't do it until @Wickes decide to refund some of the money I paid them back in May. #WithWickes all you get is pain. #avoidwickes
