@ThalesGueiros97@PathFinder_CZ@BattlefieldComm I may be wrong, but I'm fairly certain that currently the defib quick revive doesn't revive to 100hp - pretty sure it's 50? Less than a drag revive, and less than the full charge defib. I typically quick revive and drop a supply pack to start healing + ammo.
@Catscollecttcg@Claxle@GlytchTech What company wouldn’t change their prices to $1 less than the tariffed competitor? If it’s an increase, it’s literally just free money. If it’s a slight decrease, you still doin numbers and that should make up for the decrease. Consumers lose either way
@shazzity And the most interesting part? It’s not just going to be by the “20%” in all of these situations. Companies want a percent return for profit, so the %incr just gets more and more expensive at each step
@shazzity Canned beer: we may produce some aluminum, but not enough to cover our entire consumption. There’s some possibility that recycling will be upped to make up for it (aluminum is infinitely recyclable) but… eh? Price increase.
@trailblazer817 @MattyP252 @EdKrassen The way I took them saying “Republicans were loud” was just what you said - boycotts, protests, literally being loud, media presence, etc. - not that they were inherently worse outright.
I just want to say, I really appreciate y’all being so civil. It’s a rare sight these days
@yapyap217 @RocketArchive@Sleepingkodiak1@elchicanomarine This obviously isn’t speaking to the material of the question, but rather “can things be considered classified without a marking” and more just to bring to light for the conversation rather than taking a stance
@yapyap217 @RocketArchive@Sleepingkodiak1@elchicanomarine Brought together automatically made it classified, and I couldn’t do that on my issued laptop. This leads me to believe certain info can be automagically considered classified based on type, focus, etc
@DOGE Look into how the military’s “use it or lose it” funds impact spending at the end of a fiscal year, and how the difficulty of requesting new funds encourages units to spend extra each year to maintain their budget for required purchases that are every 2+ years.
@1GamewithDave1 Depends on the game. Example: I’m playing Horizon Forbidden West right now. First playthrough was on easy. Now my second playthrough (New Game+) is on ultra hard. I wanted the story, and didn’t want to grind for months on end (based on reviews I was seeing)
@JerryMclamore@Paisano@LibertyCappy@elonmusk To address how the $20, example: you want to split 200 cookies among 10 friends. You can divide 200/10=20 each. Or you can hand out 1 each (subtract) and go around in a circle until there’s none left. You’ll get to the same spot.
200B/10B = $200/10 = $20
@JerryMclamore@Paisano@LibertyCappy@elonmusk Dividing is just a shortcut for subtraction here. Division is really just repeated subtraction.
Addressing the math in the video, 10B people x $1B each is WAY more than the $10B the girl states here. It’s uh… $10 sextillion ($1x10^19). (1/2)
@LovesSardine@jointdocShields Which appeal to authority is the fallacy here? His appeal to what he viewed as an authority to invalidate her side of the discussion? Or do you mean her stating “I’m the authority you were referring to”? I’m kind of a buffoon myself sometimes, so I need it spelled out on occasion
did you know that critically acclaimed indie darling stardew valley is on sale today for 50% off which means you can get a game who's creator is STILL ADDING FREE CONTENT TO EIGHT YEARS LATER for less than $8
