Well it's ridiculous that on one hand NOTHING IS DELIVERED to tax paying citizens who are fleeced for basics, PMC has the audacity to request for timely Tax payments ! In today's world of free enterprise, you get what you pay for and citizens are the masters seeking services from the body that is supposed to take care of issues;

❌ No CCTV around
❌ No Police patrolling as earlier
❌ Why no morotorium on CONSTRUCTION when you cannot serve existing home owners with WATER ?
❌ No Foot paths for pedestrians
❌ 7 years since in PMC with no basic facilities
❌ Roads around Undri still private as not handed over to PMC

Some of us are staying in this area for 20 years and have seen the situation worsen whereas construction goes unabated indiscriminately and unplanned. We call ourselves a SMART CITY? Elected reps make an appearance at time of elections and the government of the day proposes schemes only to lure voters.

Time this ends and sensible governance is in place. We don't want slogans or JUMLAS but concrete action on the ground, a fundamental right for tax paying and law abiding citizens.

2 YEARS since road widening done at #KadNagar Junction, yet @PMCPune and @MSEDCL have utterly failed to remove Electricity Poles dangerously standing in the middle of the road since June 2, 2023.

This criminal inaction has created a chaotic, Accident-Prone zone with no Streetlights and unchecked Encroachments—mango, vegetable, and cracker stalls thriving under the watch of authorities, likely with bribes and blind eyes.

@AniruddhaPawas2 (PMC Chief Engineer Roads) will you finally take responsibility? For 2 years, you’ve offered nothing but excuses. This is a complete failure of DUTY —not just to your role, but to the people of Pune. Reported by many media publication but no Shame.
