@alsodanlowe@TTimmyMaher1@BradGalli oh ok. Glad you know how emotions work. I bet you're a great grief counselor "Your child died yesterday why are you still crying about it today?"
@SherrysDrunk@DwyerO36524 TN used to have the governors name, Bredesen, Sundquist. I think it went away with Haslam. But yeah every state around us has the governors name.
@coachvint Im sure the kid probably has great memories of team dinners with the mutual funds, pool parties at the mutual funds house, and learning to compete with the mutual fund.
@SaveStandard Nope! You want us to have 4am sunrises and 7pm sunsets from June-August in Tennessee? We already suffer with 4pm sunsets in December and January.
@Fhajad@julie10128@SaveStandard It means the entire rest of the country doesn't have to change. Each state or county or school district can handle it how they see fit.
@TaraHeyer96826 What God intended? Where is this clock you speak of in the word of God? "And on the 8th day the Lord said "Let there be a line spliting the State of Tennessee and it shall be 1 hour ahead in the East." And the God saw that it was good..." LOL!
@aProton_@tekhelet17@SaveStandard You could just play golf earlier. But in Nashville SDT would mean sunrise at 4am and sunset at 7pm in July. That would be terrible.
@tekhelet17@SaveStandard If you have kids who play sports you want DST. Otherwise kids can't play sports where parents get off at 5pm and its dark by 7.
@JayDaniel37@SaveStandard yup people don't get this. Without DST you would have to start little league practice at 4pm in Nashville TN. And since most parents work their kidneys wouldn't play. Not every field has lights.
