@ProfMJCleveland About seven million years ago, half of us decided to leave the trees and start a new life on the ground. For the ones who stayed in the trees, this is the two week period when they get the last laugh.
From my personal experience, a particular joy is that when later in life, you finally lose the weight you've been promising to lose for so many years, and you hope that you will similarly lose the aches and pains you've been accumulating, you realize that, as those aches and pains persist, they weren't due to being fat, but because you were old. Ah such is life.
