Nasdaq-listed company BNC (formerly VAPE) has announced a $160 million purchase of 200k BNB, making it the largest corporate holder of $BNB globally. The acquisition was funded through a $500 million private placement led by 10X Capital and YZi Labs. BNC plans to continue accumulating BNB, with the potential to expand the investment up to $1.25 billion through its warrant structure.
