For 8 years, AoA has denied us free & fair elections.
We face:

Farcical repairs & poor maintenance

Siphoning of funds to entities linked to AoA friends

Illegal capture of common areas for commercial use

Alarming fire safety violations

Yesterday, 500+ residents unanimously passed a No Confidence Motion against the AoA — we have lost trust in their ability, intent & integrity.

We call upon @dmgbnagar, @ceo_noida, @PankajSinghBJP, @dr_maheshsharma, @CP_Noida to ensure peaceful, transparent elections.

Failing this, we will take up our case with Hon’ble CM @myogiadityanath Ji.

We sincerely thank the CEO of Noida Authority & MD of Mother Dairy for canceling the approval of the dairy booth deliberately placed right outside the bedroom of a 15-year-old girl, violating her privacy. This act was reportedly to intimidate her father for opposing an illegal AoA occupying office without elections for 8 year

CEO Noida Authority, kindly note that despite your clear directive, the illegal AoA has not removed the booth. We respectfully urge your good offices to ensure its immediate removal to safeguard the girl’s privacy and dignity.

25 Weeks of regular protest by residents. ONE AND MAIN REASON IS ILLEGAL AOA AND ITS AUTOCRACIES:

1.) Unwanted Illegal shops being bult by AOA destroying our green area without taking any prior approval from residents thru GBM, PRIME MOTIVE IS ILLEGAL EARNING THROUGH RENTAL INCOME.
2.) Squandering our CAM money building illegal establishments which eventually get demolished by the Noida authority.
3.) THREE illegal shops have been built by blocking avlon betina fire exit..risking the life of residents in an occurrence of major mishap.
4.) Have been served 2 notices to shut them by Noida authority but still are least bothered about our safety and continuing with them.
5.) Residents Forced to use 3000 TDS water till date with all false statements and assurances been given by these set of goons.
6.) Infrastructure is in a mess building plaster falling every now and then after their claims of spending crores of our security money on it . Society is left with zero back up money for any unforeseen expenditure.
7.) Childrens being charges high amount in the name of coaching for sports without even consulting with parents, all sports activities has been made commercialized just with one sole motive i.e. Illegal Kickbacks from Coaching Guys.
8.) Mother dairy kioak being built on green land without any approval from GBM

Noida Administration is quiet and waiting for any mishap.

EVENT DATE: 13TH JULY 2025 TIMING 7 PM AND SEVERAL OTHERS IN LAST FEW DAYS

A big chunk of plaster fell down on 13th july as shown in the video, resident of the flat escaped any kind of injury. Several such incident are regular happening in our society and in few of them there is harm to individuals as well as vehicles also.

Residents have been protesting for last 21 weeks and requesting DM/DR/ Noida authority CEO to intervene before any major mishap happens by the doings of corrupt kalateet AOA who have created illegal tin shops sheds/ kitchen with multiple gas cylinders within the society premises under a garb of trust run by two goons

Almost all society money in form of sinking and ifms fund close to 7++ cr has been spent under the name of major repairs work and even after that the condition is falling plaster on every other day. Society is now left with hardly any money for any contingency in form of replacement of machines Gensets lifts etc.

All they have looted for the past 7-8 years with not letting any legal election take place, major corruption involved.

They have taken faulty handover from the builder and the society which builder has to handover after doing repairs and paint is now facing such hardship.

Residents requesting administration for complete inspection of society with demand for legal election and closure of all commercial illegal activities.

Residents of Mahagun Moderne Sec 78 Noida have been Protesting since last 15 weeks now. Since last so many weeks residents have highlighted several illegalities being done in the society by few goons acting as illegal AOA in connivance with various government offices machinery.

Recently illegal Secretary of the society YP Gupta has called one of the senior citizen lady (as per audio attached) and used too much foul language with her and also bully her that he will beat his husband too.Due to this unacceptable behaviour of Mr.Gupta,residents are demanding his immediate expulsion from all the posts he is having as of now.

These few people who have taken over AOA are running several illegal commercial establishments in the society. Though Noida authority has served them several notices of closing the same but no action till date has been taken to dat Things have taken a turn when they have started building the 2 shops again which have been demolished by Noida authority in earlyJune. This clearly proveds the involvement of few officers of Government departments with these goons.

These people have made our society like a Chawl. Residents have even gone to CEO Noida for taking actions but he showed his inability for action due to pressure from lucknow.

We believe that during Yogiji rule such illegal activities should not be permitted at all, and these officers are taking shelter in the name of lucknow to not act on illegal activities.

We request our party BJP to whom we all have been supporting for a long time to expel YP Gupta from the party and shut all his money making illegal ventures within our society. We the residents of mahagun Moderna sector 78 Noida society will continue with our protests more aggressively in coming times if our demands are not met 🙏🙏

Noida authority kaa haath, choro ke saath

Construction already started of illegal shops brought down by toothless Noida authority.... Can't they see so many shop illegally created inside our premises...clear mockery of toothless Noida authority and laws of land

@CeoNoida you have issued notices of bringing down these illegal shops and now instead these guys started creating the shops which were already brought down

What a mockery of democracy?

Under what influence these works are being done now?

Who is to be blamed? Is this the way of protecting normal residents and supporting goons?

Do you want that normal residents protest against you in front of noida authority and dm office in big numbers now ?

Residents demanding bringing down of illegal constructions and restoring democracy by doing 10 members elections

And when one goon tweet and gives it as communal angle you backed out? Have you talked to residents and checked what are they demanding ? Are their demands illegal? Are they asking for anything which is not their right?

Resident are just seeing the working style of yours and if required resident will surely come on road now for getting their demands fulfilled which has been their right as per constitution of Indiap

Pls note no resident is against any mandir and it’s just those goons are always play communal card to take benefit and confuse all
