Instead of sharing your growth story fix your operations first. Yesterday as usual recurring ride at 7 pm didn’t turn up as driver was travelling to some location without even starting trip. Software glitch? Worse than uber now.

Last week it was cab starting without Otp termed as software glitch. This week look at the neat clean sanitised cabs. I genuinely want your service to succeed but don’t fall in the same league of uber.

@BluSmartHelps One more request I have is that I book rides on behalf of my family but when my family want to travel they are not able to call even though they have App in their phone as the call doesn’t go through as it is not registered phone number. Can you please work on resolving this ?
I don’t want customer service call apologising for this mess. This is my 5th instance escalating same issue but no action or resolution. You guys increased the price reduced the quality. Recipe for downfall.
