I have discussed my concern with dell support team but not satisfied with the explanation what they are providing and i don’t have any https://t.co/lFVFAgGom9 fault is only to purchase high end price laptop from dell blindly and now I am feeling cheated.

@DellCares As per your technician it was an internal fault that too purchasing of laptop within 3-4 months now you are expecting to go for paid services. It seems you want me to go to consumer forum for my concerns as it’s not my fault and you sell low quality products with high price.
