The issue escalated on 15 Dec (service No. 100359) and there is no response till now. This is very unethical when I am paying the charges and I am not getting the service. The only thing I asked to book the alternate flight with the same charges and I was continuously refused.

I have subscribed Tata Tiago for 1 month. I have received vehicle after 7 days and vehicle is having electronic steering issue which is causing to pull vehicle to left while driving. Its been around 2 days and issue is still not resolved.

@goairlinesindia @EaseMyTrip Very worst. They rescheduled my flight two times and they didn't inform me at all. When asked customer support they said that flight is not available but when seen in Easemytrip app it was there. I think they don't care about the customer.

@sansid123 @makemytrip Same thing is happening to me. They are also not connecting with agent. Its been around 24 days and there is no response from their support team.
