Highlights of the Issue :

Date : 25-27 February

Size : 583 Crore
Fresh - 418 Crore
OFS - 165 Crore

M.cap : 2,807 Crore

▪︎ Clientele :

Financials and Personal Assumptions :

FY24
Revenue : 182 Crore
EBITDA : 65 Crore
PAT : 18.9 Crore

FY25
Revenue : 350 Crore
EBITDA : 117.8 Crore
PAT : 43.9 Crore

H1 FY26
Revenue : 236.7 Crore
EBITDA : 70 Crore
PAT : 27.8 Crore

FY26E
Revenue : 485 Crore
EBITDA : 160 Crore
PAT : 62 Crore

FY27E
Revenue : 675 Crore
EBITDA : 240 Crore
PAT : 105 Crore

Valuing Omnitech at 17.5× FY27E EV/EBITDA (Discount of ~50% over Azad, MTAR, Unimech), Anticipated Value Comes At 306, Implying An Upside Of 35%

The discount has been given as others have Defence and Aerospace as their primary vertical, whereas Omnitech is also looking to expand its Aerospace Portfolio, but should take 2 years to have Aerospace and Defence Products

But Yes, the orderbook Trend for Omnitech is super good

FY23 - 57.5 Crore
FY24 - 84 Crore
FY25 - 283.7 Crore
H1 FY26 - 1,764.8 Crore

Also the company would have additional revenues except the orderbook from its regular SKUs and Clientele on a steady state basis

Market will off late start discounting the Capex and robust growth over next 3-5 years

Overall A fantastic company with good Promoters Poised for a good future, If this had came in bull markets, this would have got a 100× oversubscription 🙂

It's commendable and inspiring that how the Promoters have build a 2,800 Cr Valuation company in a segment of Precision Engineering with a capital of 1,00,000 with no external equity capital, Hats off 👏

Frankly this IPO ticks all the boxes for me, It's just the Sentiments which doesn't give confidence on the listing

@cars24india is a careless and fraudulent company. I have sold my Creta to them on 09 Sep 2025, since then they have not done RC Transfer and even their reckless drivers have got 4 challans as well.
And now they don't even care to pay them.
