सस्नेह जय महाराष्ट्र,

येत्या २६ जुलैला NEET परीक्षेतील गोंधळ, त्याबद्दल विद्यार्थ्यांचं सुरु असलेलं आंदोलन आणि ते आंदोलन चिरडण्याचा सरकारचा सुरु असलेला प्रयत्न याविरोधात आपण 'तिरंगा मार्च' काढत आहोत. त्याबद्दल तुम्हाला आपल्या दोन्ही पक्षाच्या नेत्यांकडून, मध्यवर्ती कार्यालयांकडून सूचित करण्यात आलं असेलच.

हा 'तिरंगा मार्च' हा दिल्लीतलं सरकार आणि त्यांच्या आदेशानुसार दिल्लीतील पोलीस जी मुजोरी दाखवत आहेत याचा निषेध करण्यासाठी आहे. तसंच हा मोर्चा जे विद्यार्थी सरकारला अजिबात न जुमानता ठामपणे उभे आहेत त्यांच्यासाठी, त्यांच्या घरच्यांसाठी आणि जे दिल्लीला जाऊ शकत नाहीत किंवा मुंबईला येऊन निषेध व्यक्त करू शकत नाहीत त्यांना तुमच्या पाठीशी संपूर्ण महाराष्ट्र उभा आहे हे दाखवण्यासाठी आहे.

हा 'तिरंगा मार्च' आहे. हा पूर्णपणे अराजकीय आहे, इथे कुठल्याही पक्षाचा झेंडा नसेल, दोन्ही पक्षाच्या नेत्यांच्या समर्थनाच्या घोषणा नसतील. सरकारचा निषेध असेल, आणि देशभरातील विद्यार्थ्यांना आणि तरुण तरुणींना आपण जो पाठिंबा दर्शवत आहोत त्यासाठीच्या घोषणा असतील. मोर्च्याचे निमंत्रक मी आणि उद्धव असलो तरी आमच्याही नावाने कुणी घोषणा द्यायच्या नाहीत. हा विद्यार्थ्यांचा मोर्चा आहे याचं भान आपण बाळगायचं आहे आणि ते तुम्ही बाळगालच याबद्दल तिळमात्र शंका नाही.

बाकी मोर्च्याला गालबोट लावण्याची हिंमत कोणी करणार नाही, कारण आपण काय करू शकतो याचा अंदाज सगळ्यांनाच आहे. पण तरीही काही उत्साही असतात. ते आले आणि काही वेडंवाकडं करायचा प्रयत्न केला, काही चुकीच्या घोषणा देऊन वातावरण बिघडवण्याचा प्रयत्न जरी केला किंवा तिथे आलेल्या पालकांना
( खासकरून महिलांना आणि मुलींना ) जर त्रास देण्याचा प्रयत्न केला तर त्यांना, जवळ जे कोण पोलीस असतील त्यांच्या ताब्यात ‘समारंभपूर्वक’ द्या. ते कसं हे मी तुम्हाला वेगळं सांगायची गरज नाही. पण पोलीस जिथे नसतील, तिथे अशांचा 'पाहुणचार' कसा करायचा याचा अनुभव आणि मनगटातील शक्ती दोन्ही आपल्याकडे आहेच.

बाकी महाराष्ट्र सैनिकांनी आणि शिवसैनिकांनी मोठ्या संख्येने या हे सांगायची गरजच नाही. ते तुम्ही येणारच. पण जास्तीत जास्त विद्यार्थी आणि त्यांचे पालक यांना पण घेऊन या, त्यांची मोर्च्यात काळजी घ्या आणि ते पुन्हा सुखरूप घरी जातील हे पहा. बाकी सरकारचं माहित नाही पण महाराष्ट्रातील पोलीस हे आपल्यासोबत आहेत कारण त्यांच्यासमोर पण मुलाबाळांच्या आयुष्याचा पण प्रश्न आ वासून उभा आहे.

बाकी कुठे भेटायचं किती वाजता भेटायचं याचा तपशील तुमच्याकडे आहेच. तेंव्हा २६ जुलैला 'तिरंगा मार्च' ला भेटूया. सर्वांनी सकाळी १० वाजता शिवाजी पार्क येथील शिवछत्रपतींच्या पुतळ्या जवळ जमायचं आहे ! आम्ही आपली , विद्यार्थ्यांची आणि त्यांच्या पालकांची वाट बघतोय ! जनतेच्या मनातील संताप काय आहे हे या शांततापूर्ण मोर्चाने दिल्लीश्वरांना दाखवून देऊया !
