@DrNicolaDavis I wish GPs would know the toxicities we know about & management are constantly evolving over time - just this week have seen a new toxicity I’d never learnt about before & managing some tox very differently compared to last year. Helpful if GPs can always contact us for advice!

If your op or procedure is cancelled due to lack of anaesthetist, remember that the government specifically operates and chooses to maintain a bottleneck halfway through their training that leaves hundreds of people without progression. Will do anything except pay for doctors.

Junior doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, radiographers and consultants can't all be selfishly seeking more pay without wider issues - the strikes highlight failure of the government to negotiate.
