@GWRHelp Hi there, I've just added a seat reservation to my ticket for travel today and now the ticket itself is no longer accessible in my app or online account as it says it's been added to my smartcard(?) even though I don't have one of those (and didn't know they existed)

@virginmedia I've started watching something I've rented and it's only available for a limited time once you start it, so now I've likely wasted the money renting it at all. These issues are ongoing but we don't qualify for compensation because they're not continuous, but they add up.

@virginmedia Hi, yes. It's a mix of that and then occasionally I get "Looks like there's still an issue with your connection." despite it saying upfront that there are "no known issues in the area." Slightly mixed messages and we've been having issues for a week or so now.

@virginmedia Broadband service has been consistently dropping in and out every 20 mins or so for 1-2 hour periods for the last few days. Initially it says there are no known issues then when you go to check your set-up it says there are local issues. What's happening?
@virginmedia It initially says there are no issues, then when I click through to run tests on my hub/connection it says that it looks like there are issues in my postcode after all.
@virginmedia Yes (although when I just tried with that link it won't load because connection keeps dropping out!) When I then click 'Still having issues' it then says you're aware of a local issue and it's being looked at. It's extremely frustrating as you can imagine.
