@easyJet So I've found an alternative holiday, that is within budget, obviously I'm sure you understand our savings have gone into the wedding, and with 3 weeks to go there isn't much spare for changing holidays at the last minute.
@easyJet We had booked the holiday of a lifetime to see the northern lights and explore the beautiful country that is Iceland. Not only has that been cancelled, but everything has increased in price to beyond our means.
@easyJet holidays customer service was good but today has really changed my mind.
This is our honeymoon and I've had really poor service, no empathy or understanding of the situation we are in.
